One is framed the other got framed by his buddies who were secretely growing pot in his greenhouse, but didn't say anything when the authorities took him away.

Those are not in-game. Apperently you did not go to E3 this year! I had to sell my sisters complete "Precious Moments" collection to get a ticket this year.
